Booking Information
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. For private custom adventures, please allow a week for us to design your perfect experience.
If you have specific accessibility requirements, dietary restrictions, or mobility considerations, let us know when booking. We'll do everything possible to accommodate your needs.
Cancellation Policy
Life happens. We understand. Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours receive a credit toward a future booking.
Weather-dependent experiences (like the harbor cruise) may be rescheduled if conditions are unsafe. We'll contact you the day before to confirm or reschedule.
Group Bookings
Planning something for a team, conference visitors, or special occasion? We can accommodate larger groups by running multiple simultaneous sessions or designing custom experiences tailored to your group's interests.

Gift Experiences
Our experiences make thoughtful gifts. Purchase a voucher for any experience, and the recipient can schedule at their convenience. Vouchers valid for 12 months from purchase date.

What should I wear?
Comfortable walking shoes essential. Dress for the weather. We walk at a relaxed pace but do cover distance. Layers recommended since we move between sunny streets and shaded areas.
Can I bring children?
Most experiences are designed for adults and may not hold younger children's attention. The photography tour and custom adventures can be adapted for families. Contact us to discuss.
What about food allergies?
The Food & Wine Discovery accommodates most dietary requirements with advance notice. Let us know when booking so we can plan appropriate alternatives.
Do you operate in bad weather?
Most experiences proceed rain or shine—we know good umbrella spots and covered routes. Harbor cruises reschedule if conditions are unsafe. We'll contact you if weather forces changes.
